RetroWikipedia:Salted drafts

This is a list of cases where drafts for particular topics have been tendentiously resubmitted and declined to the point where they have been deleted and salted so that only administrators may recreate them. Unlike with RetroWikipedia:Deletion review/Perennial requests, which only keeps track of topics that have already been brought up at deletion review multiple times, being brought up at deletion review is not a requirement for inclusion on this list. Instead, a topic can be listed here if at least one draft page pertaining to it is currently under creation protection.[lower-alpha 1]
If at least three independent, reliable, secondary sources with significant coverage are found that all help any one of these topics meet the general notability guideline, they should request unsalting a draft page at WP:RFPP and provide these sources there.
